Sending copies of login credentials
Since version 1.4, we have implemented a feature, that allows one selected person in a contact center to receive copies of emails when an agents password is generated or changed.
This feature was requested by customers, whose agents usually don’t have a corporate email address. Therefore sending a new password to them is not possible. We strongly urge customers to having this option turned off, unless situation as described here appears.
To turn notification copies on, make a change in COMPANY SETTINGS tab:
