It is our greatest pleasure to announce that AgentBalance has been recognized as the number one contact center innovation for 2015 in the CC Expo 15 competition. We are amazed and happy since the companies we stood against are all great and provide very interesting and successful products and services.
A big thank you to the organizers of the competition for including AgentBalance as one of the TOP4 runners up. An even bigger thank you goes to the contact center community and all the fans who then voted for us in the worldwide poll and made us the winner!
As a result AgentBalance will be featured at the ICMI CC Expo 15 in London on Sept 30th and October 1st. We can’t wait to showcase how AgentBalance uses psychological methods to provide contact center managers with a unique set of psychometric data about agents to help contact centers optimize costs and become more productive and enjoyable.
